1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tot77" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the tot77 operating entity, together with its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities that own, operate, and maintain the Platform.
• "Platform" — the tot77 website accessible at https://tot77.cam, any mobile-optimized interface associated with it, and all services, games, features, tools, and functionality available through those properties.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player following successful completion of the tot77 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding Bonus Credits and pending withdrawal amounts.
• "Bonus Credits" — non-cashable promotional funds, free bet credits, free spin credits, or any other incentive value credited to a Player's Account that is subject to Wagering Requirements prior to cash conversion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must generate before Bonus Credits and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age-verification process by which tot77 confirms a Player's identity and eligibility in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which tot77 Accounts are denominated and in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default operational time zone used for all Platform scheduling, processing windows, and customer service references.
• "Business Day" — any Monday through Friday that is not a national public holiday in Indonesia or in tot77's primary licensing jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the tot77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tot77 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under this age threshold to register, deposit, or wager.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be able to access and use the Platform lawfully under the laws of your jurisdiction at your own determination and risk.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under guardianship or otherwise legally incapacitated from contracting are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, consultant, agent, or contractor of tot77 or of any group company, game studio, or payment service provider directly affiliated with the Platform, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not hold, or have previously held, an Account that was closed or permanently suspended by tot77 for Terms violations, fraud, or any other conduct-related reason.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through tot77 or through any recognized responsible gaming self-exclusion register.

tot77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to the Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending completion of the review.

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. tot77 makes no representation, warranty, or assurance that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction other than its primary licensing territory.

3 Account Registration and Security

To create an Account, you must complete the tot77 registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party personal details.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation, operation, or use of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tot77 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be permanently closed, and any accumulated Balance or Bonus Credits may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. tot77 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your Account security settings;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Any activity carried out through your Account using your login credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorized, unless you have notified tot77 in advance of any unauthorized access or credential compromise. tot77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification. tot77 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal request, and may require verification at any earlier stage at its discretion. You must provide, upon request, one or more of the following documents in clear, legible form: a national identity card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's license; a bank statement or utility bill confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days); and, where applicable, documentation demonstrating ownership or authorized use of the payment method linked to your Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in Account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). tot77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied to Account balances.

Supported Payment Methods. tot77 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian Players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the Payment section of your Account dashboard at all times.

Deposit Conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no stated maximum deposit; however, tot77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance purposes.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not accepted. All funds deposited must originate from an account or e-wallet that is legally owned and controlled by the registered Account holder.
• tot77 does not charge a deposit processing fee under standard conditions. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility and are outside tot77's control.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 0–15 minutes during normal banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed immediately. tot77 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the tot77 Account holder. tot77 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. tot77 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one Business Day of approval. VIP-tier players may benefit from expedited processing. Processing times for recipient bank or e-wallet crediting are subject to the relevant third-party provider's schedule.
• Withdrawals of funds associated with Bonus Credits that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be rejected. The relevant Bonus Credit balance will be forfeited upon such a withdrawal request.
• tot77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to delay processing by up to 7 Business Days where such review is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tot77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

General Bonus Conditions.

• All bonuses are available to Players who satisfy the stated eligibility criteria for that specific promotion. tot77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Credits and any winnings generated from Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement for that bonus has been fully met. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Where a Wagering Requirement specifies eligible game categories, wagers placed on excluded games will not contribute to the requirement. Contribution rates for different game types (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino tables at 10%) are stated per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method.
• tot77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that modifications do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress by a Player.
• Bonus abuse — defined as any pattern of wagering designed primarily to satisfy Wagering Requirements rather than for genuine recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies — may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings without notice.
• All bonus credits, free spin winnings, and promotional balances that have not been used or whose Wagering Requirements have not been met within the stated expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry.

6 Prohibited Activities and Responsible Conduct

Players must use the Platform solely for lawful, personal recreational wagering purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account;
• Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing or any other manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation are subject to reversal;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting, abuse of bonus terms, or any coordinated multi-account strategy to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward tot77 staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to tot77 systems, data, or another Player's account.

tot77 is committed to responsible gaming and expects Players to engage with the Platform in a responsible manner. Players are encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page for information on available player-protection tools, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game content supplied by third-party studios, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of tot77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without tot77's prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine accessible through the Platform;
• Use any automated means to extract, scrape, or aggregate data from the Platform.

The tot77 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of tot77. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tot77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if tot77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tot77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tot77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

tot77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tot77's liability for death or personal injury caused by tot77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9 Amendments to These Terms

tot77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tot77 will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available Balance through the tot77 support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tot77 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform to remain informed of the current version.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of tot77's primary licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Internal Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a transaction, or any aspect of the tot77 service, you must first submit the matter to tot77's customer support team via the contact details set out in Section 11 below. tot77 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 Business Days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 14 Business Days. Complex matters may require additional time; tot77 will notify you of any expected delay.

Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through tot77's internal process within 30 days of initial submission, you may escalate the matter to the competent regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider specified under tot77's applicable gaming license. Details of the relevant regulatory authority are available upon request from the tot77 support team.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the tot77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tot77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
